Over the last three months, there have been increases across Ireland but for the first time in the last three years, there has been a slow-down in Dublin. While still a high rate of inflation, it is the slowest pace of increase since the third quarter of 2021 and less than half the rate of inflation seen in mid-2022. The slowdown in annual inflation is driven by Dublin, where rents increased by just 2.6% during the year, compared to an average rate of 10.6% seen elsewhere in the country.
