Relocity revs up lead generation programs and content strategy with new VP, Leslie Surley Kostrikin | Relocity

Relocity has hired Leslie Surley Kostrikin as our Vice President of Marketing. Leslie is a transformational marketing executive with deep experience building differentiated global brands, cultivating rapid growth, and leading world-class, distributed teams that deliver results.

Leslie brings 15-plus years of leadership experience in sales, product marketing, and management consulting, which gives her a unique lens for marketing strategy development. She most recently served as Global Head of Technology & Services Marketing/Analyst Relations at Genpact, where she oversaw marketing strategy for the company’s cloud-based technology portfolio and led analyst relations.

Her previous experience designing strategy at brands as diverse as adidas, Microsoft, British Telecom, Cornerstone OnDemand, and XPRIZE Foundation gives Leslie a unique lens for marketing strategy development.

Leslie will help Relocity uncover what matters most to buyers and leverage this understanding to build marketing programs that resonate with customers, the market, and job candidates.

Leslie earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Political Science and International Relations and completed an executive program at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor recreation, museums, and art galleries in the Sacramento area, where she lives with her family. She’s also a huge fan of international travel!
