Throughout her career, Joy has served as a director in the Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce, working closely with the leadership of corporations in north Texas.
With grandparents who moved to the Dallas suburb of Irving in 1948, Joy is a Texan through and through. Her heavy involvement in the community where she was born has given her extensive firsthand knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
Throughout her career, Joy has served as a director in the Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce, working closely with the leadership of corporations in north Texas. She has also served as an executive in the medical field, which gave her vast knowledge of local hospitals and physician practices.
During her free time, Joy serves on the City of Irving Arts and Museums Board, along with several nonprofit boards. She loves spending time with her pugs, attending concerts, and trying out new restaurants, especially if sushi is on the menu. She is excited to show newcomers the best of Dallas-Fort Worth.
